Is this a puppy scam?

often when you adverts on these site the comapny who own the sites put a number that transfer you to them to protect the advertises number. But i would never advice looking for a puppy on one of these site you are always best to go to the kennel club site. If you do get ne form this woman make sure you see it with it mum and litter mates and theat the puppy is at least 8 weeks old before you take it home. If it is pedigree then the breeder will have the pedigree papers from the kennel club as they send them out very quick if she say she hasn't got them yet and will send them on then don't buy the puppy it means the puppy isn't registered. As for first vaccination vets won,t vaccination them till 8 weeks so if they are younger and she say they have already started that is another warning sigh.
