??? Was Obama's underhanded last minute attack on Alice Palmer, a typical example of his disdain for all women?

I don't have a PhD in Social Anthropology. But I think it is his Islamic roots. Not that he is an observer of the religion of Mohamed; but his formative years was influenced by women wearing Burkas and not being allowed to speak in public.
