Does anyone know of the smiling bob commercial spoof, the one where he is at work?

Its either a snl or mad tv skit, I just know he is going to work and everyone keeps asking what is different, its obvious whats different but people keep guessing things like his hair or his shirt. Does anyone know this? Also if you know a skit from one of the same two people that has to do with golf, the guy keeps trying to swing and get it into the hole but keeps missing it. He starts getting more and more angry even attacking the camera people. If you could get me those two videos or direct me to them I would be so happy =3
