Should i take ap history?

I am a sophmore in a level 1 history cl. 1st mp i got B, and second i got A. and i want to taKE asP HISTORY NEXT YEAR BUT I AM SCARED I AM GONNA FAIL AP HISTORY AND I DONT WNAT IT TO BE MY GPA to be spoiled. i think i can handle it but i dont want to lower my grades in other cles. and i ma in 2 english and math. rest level 1. i am fouces but i am scared i am gonna fail. and i how should i ask my teacher to move me up. 2 of my junior friends say my frined moved them up from level 1 right to ap. should i do it. right from level to ap. i would take honors but there is just level 1 and ap next year. so what hsould i do.
