Am I pregnant or not?

Im on the Nuva Ring...about a week after i put it in i found out that it wasnt in me any more (it fell out) which happends plenty of times before but i always realize it when it happens and put it in! But i havent had time to get a new one to put in..! Its time for my period and its not here im 4 days late and my are killing me BAD and ive just been feeling really werid latley! I took 2 test one before my period and one today but they said i wasnt prego! could the test be wrong? should i go to the health dep.. and get them to chek for me! or just not worry about it?
