Should a State Trooper who uses a Tazer on his 10 year old stepson be fired?

Are you kidding me with this question? For one, a tazer gun is not a toy and has no business being around 10 year old kids much less used on one. Without a doubt he should be fired then brought up on charges for child abuse. CPS should then step in and take the child away until this trooper is deamed physchogically fit to raise a child.
