Ntfs.sys is corrupt i copied other file from xp cd using recovery console though it shows that file is corrupt?

You can do a repair install from the recovery CD. This will copy all the files needed to make windows go directly from the install CD. Just boot the disc, but instead of recover console, tell it to repair an installation of windows.
