If You Accept the Offer of a University, Can they Decline You?

Through OUAC I have been made an offer from a university. If I accept the offer can the later say no, because my midterm marks. I got a 60 in a cl and I dont want to lose the offer.. I can bring it up to a 75 for a final mark, but I dont want to get dropped before that.
