How to get No fault insurance overturned?

how do i get No fault insurance overturned in my state of michigan.i need the info because im going to do everything i can to overturn it.i keep getting auto plpd quots of $1200 or more. ive had no accidents or tickets in my life and im 27 .insurance companys blame the no fault law .so i want to get it overturned.also the state is over taxing insurance companys.
