How hard would it be to put in an engine on a neon 2001 plymouth?

I have a 2001 neon plymouth in a shop already. However, from what I've been told it would be more expensive to fix the car. I don't know much of the wreckage but it was handed down to me by my Father and as long as I could get it fixed, I could take it. I have a grand to fix it. I just recently found a neon 2001 for $800 CLEAN but would need an engine. Basically, I was thinking of swapping the engine out from my car to the car that I found. So the question is, would it be difficult to put in the engine to the car that I found?
