Hilary Duff With Love Fragrance In Singapore?

Hi guys, I've been searching for HD's With Love fragrance for a long time here in Singapore. Does anyone in Singapore seen it before? Like any random fragrance shops, Tangs or Isetan? Even if those stores at the airport's transit lounge is fine too! (cos I'm gg on a holiday soon, and I don't mind getting from there). I heard great reviews abt the fragrance, and I rly wanna get it! :D
